Your Song with Session Musicians

This package is especially suited for singers, songwriters or singer-songwriters who have a song they want flushed out by amazing players. Having been in business for over 10 years in San Diego now, I have met so many amazing drummers, bassists, guitarists, pianists, keyboardists, horn players, string players, pedal steal players, vibraphonists, Hammond organ specialists, etc. etc. Chances are I know someone in town that can play what you need.

I truly enjoy assembling the right team for an artist. And session players bring a tremendous boost to the recording process and end product. They are truly worth their weight in gold and more. 

With your purchase you get a 9 hour recording day with Roy Silverstein, Rarefied owner/Chief Engineer, behind the controls. You also get session player(s) to come add whatever it is you need for your song. Some players are capable of playing multiple instruments.

NOTE: Please make sure the version you choose for this package is correct as there are variations for different amounts of session players needed. If in doubt, please email info@rarefiedrecording.com to discuss.

But that's not all! After the recording session is complete, Roy will find a day to mix your song on the Neve Genesys console with outboard gear, plug-ins and the like. It's a true hybrid (with console) mix setup. 1 revision is included. Mixing is an unattended service.

Once the mix is approved it will be sent over to Sam Kumar Tandon at Rose Quartz Mastering right here in San Diego, CA for a little mastering massage.

The final outcome is sure to be a song you are very proud of, expertly performed and recorded for optimal enjoyment!

After purchase, Roy will contact you to discuss the details of your project, help you select session musician(s), and to schedule the initial recording session.
